Do's for Safe Loan
- Always visit the official website for Finnable’s contact details. Please note Finnable does not have any official mobile number and we can be contacted via mail id makeiteasy@finnable.com or chat with us on our website.
- Be careful before downloading any apps from the Play Store or App Store.
- Always look out for spelling errors in messages that ask to share sensitive details, as they will help you identify the fakes.
- Spot Imposters – Scammers always pretend to be someone you may trust, like a loan agent, an insurance agent or even an employee of the company. Please cross-check the credentials of such people. Avoid responding to such texts, mails or phone calls.
Don'ts for Safe Loans
- Don’t click on unknown links sent to you through SMS/emails.
- Don’t install such an application through which your mobile phone/Laptop can be remotely controlled.
- Do not share your password or PIN with anyone else.
- In order to get your account details/card details, a Fraudster may approach with many tempting offers like free loans, KYC updation over phone, pre-closure and many more. Don’t share any information with them. Your bank account details are not required for such things.
- Please note we do not ask for any OTP, bank or card details to facilitate pre-closure or loan cancellation.
- Further, DO NOT make any payment to an individual bank account, pre-closure payment is done in either a Finnable Account or any of our lenders’ bank accounts.
- Do not scan a QR code or enter a PIN or OTP to receive money through UPI. The loan amount will be credited only after you have done e-mandate.
- Avoid using public computers for financial transactions.
- Where to report in case of online frauds – Reach out to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and register your complaint. Provide as many details on how the scammers verified your data and siphoned money.
