Consent Declaration

1. I agree with the T&Cs and Privacy Policy of Finnable, its lending partners and service providers (Parties). I give my explicit and continuing consent to these parties to:

• Fetch, access, share, store and process my loan application data (including my personal identifiable information /personal data) in compliance with applicable laws, including accessing credit bureau from CICs, KYC and statutory records from CICs, information utilities under IBC, CKYCR, CERSAI, KYC data from UIDAI/DigiLocker, NSDL (as applicable), each time such access/sharing is required, for processing my loan.
• Update or upload my data to the above institutions as per statutory requirements.
• Sharing my data between Parties and competent authorities (including courts/tribunals), strictly for the purpose of processing, servicing, and enforcing this loan application.

2. I confirm that I have read and understood the data being collected and consent to provide such data including one-time/limited time access to device permissions such as camera, microphone, storage and location, as required for onboarding and KYC.

3. I confirm that I can read, write and understand English, and chose it as my language of communication throughout the journey. I confirm to receive communication through SMS/RCS, Email and/or call, including digital modes such as WhatsApp/other such platforms.
